Minerals are vital inorganic nutrients. They are provided to your body with a healthy diet.


Calcium is found in relatively high amounts in many natural mineral waters. It gives the water a pleasantly dry taste.


Magnesium gives the water a subtle sweet accent. However, you have to choose the amount carefully. If it becomes too much, it can turn into a bitter taste.


Everyone is familiar with the salty taste of sodium from seasoning with table salt and knows how the right ounce can boost flavor.


Potassium is typically found in vegetables rather than in natural mineral waters. We use it in our slightly alkaline composition "Balance pH 8.6". It gives the mouthfeel of the water a liquid-soft sensation.


Zinc is also included in our composition "Balance pH 8.6". Because of its positive effect on the human organism, it is included in many food supplements. We use it only in a very small amount, which has little effect on the taste.

Chloride, sulfate, carbonate

These are the negatively charged anions of the salts used, the counterparts to the positively charged cations described above. They are a component in practically every natural mineral water. They have no significant influence on the taste of our mineralizations, but without them the ph-value of the water would not be balanced and our powder would not be water-soluble.


We use lactate as an anion for the calcium source of our products. Calcium lactate is the calcium salt of lactic acid. Our lactic acid is obtained by fermentation of carbohydrates and not from milk. It does not contain animal ingredients. And even people with lactose intolerance can use the product without hesitation.


The minerals in our mineralizations are bound in water-soluble salt crystals. Salts are compounds of positively and negatively charged minerals. For example, table salt NaCL consists of the compound between sodium (positively charged = anion) and chloride (negatively charged = cation). In water, the cations and anions dissolve from each other and combine with the water molecules. The other salts we use behave in the same way with the minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Zinc. Each mineral has its own taste and effect on the human body.

Mineral amounts

The mineral amounts of our mineralizations were developed purely according to taste criteria of our water sommeliers. They are comparable to natural mineral waters with a medium mineral content.

The mineral amounts of the portion quantities recommended by us are indicated on the packaging of the respective variety. Minerals are essential for a healthy diet. But unfortunately, according to the Health Claims Regulation of the European Union No. 432/2012, it is permissible to provide information on health-related information only in the case of food supplements. Our products are drink powders for the production of mineralized water and are not declared as food supplements. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we are not allowed to write more on the subject of health.
